Tonight, Friday, March 27: Live OOTP 16 demo + baseball stories from an ESPN producer!
I hope you'll be able to join us on our Twitch channel tonight at 6 PM Pacific/9 PM Eastern for a special event. I'll be demoing OOTP 16, including some of the lesser-known features that haven't gotten as much attention, and I'll be joined by Steve Katsoulis, a producer who has worked for ESPN, Fox, and other networks.
Steve is good friends with Kevin Kennedy and has spent time around Billy Beane, Frank Robinson, Theo Epstein, and many others during his travels in the baseball world. He'll be telling some stories, including an amazing one about the time armed gunmen boarded a bus Kevin was riding with some players in the Dominican Republic. It has quite a surprising conclusion. It will be about an hour, maybe 90 minutes. I have a rough script and have indicated with Steve where he should jump in to tell his stories, but I'm not 100% sure how long it will last. Thanks.
