How can I change wild card teams?
So my league decided to expand by 2 teams, but I deleted them before the season started. Now for some reason I have only 1 wild card team per league and I have no idea how to change it.

Also, please make league evolution off by default. It is a PITA to change it every time I start a new game.

Playoff setup is under League Settings -> Options

There is no option to change it for me though. I have tried checking in preseason, regular season, and offseason.

And it would be a PITA to change it back on every time I start a new game.

League evolution is a part of the history and future of the MLB.

I guess it could work both ways. Maybe an option when you create a game to have it on or off.
