Game should be suspended not called

See screenshots below. The game was 0-0 entering the 8th inning. Philly scored 4 runs in the top of the 8th and the game was called and Philly was awarded a win without Pittsburgh having a chance to bat in the bottom of the inning. Isn't the rule that the game would be suspended vs called if the score changed hands in the top of the inning?

That is the MLB rule, if I'm not mistaken. Confused as to why OOTP doesn't replicate this.

Technically, yes, the game should have become suspended due to the fact the Phillies scored in their half of the 8th inning. Had the Phillies instead scored those four runs in the top of the 7th, and were blanked during the 8th, then the game could have been a called game.
