Hiring AGM for online league
So, one of my online leagues has just converted to 16.

Full Scouting
Full Coaching

This should be fun and nothing like how I have previously played in an online league.

My existing staff came over from 15, except I now have a vacancy at AGM. As there is no "GM" or "AGM" occupation on the personnel page, what should one be looking for in an AGM and what occupation (Manager, Hitting Coach, Scout, something else...) makes for a good AGM?
Correction, I see now there is a GM occupation. Would you pick specifically from those people for your AGM? Or something else???

Where do you find these people?
