facegen problems

none of the facegen pictures are accurate in the league i have been playing in. Dwight Gooden is a pale white guy with sideburns for example. I was wondering if there is a way to get the accurate facegen for my existing league. i feel like in ootp15 all the facegens were spot on without me having to do anything.

Have you downloaded the historical facegen pack and the all-in-one facegen pack?
