10 team expansion

Upgraded to Windows 10, and went to expand my league by 10 teams. Once finished, the game crashed. Tried twice more, same result. Started a new game, and same result. Have tried to split the expansion by adding 4 teams then 6, but same results. Re-ran the patch and still crashing. Anyone else having issues, or have tried expanding by 10 teams?

Yes, followed the steps. Very strange, still doing some tests to try and figure it out.
