Hover no longer works.

15 years into my fictional league, I know longer can hover my cursor over a players name and have his info pop up. Did I accidentally turn it off. If so, how do I get it back on?

I've had the problem sometimes after a session has gone on for a while. If I exit the game and return, hover works again. You have no hover after starting it up again?

It is in the settings menu on the opening splash screen. Mine quit one time and I went to settings and it was turned off. I think one of the patches might have had it set to off? However I did not have it happen with the latest patch.
