An OOTP 1st For Me.

I am playing a team and their SP got injured in the 1st and the RP they brought in got injured in the 2nd. i am now in the 9th and they brought ina SP to pitch. I have never seen that before. I was really hoping to see a position player pitch but the game ain't over yet. They also lost their SS. i almost feel bad for them. The score is 17-0 and my SP is at 80 pitches.
So far they have used 7 pitchers.

I find it hilarious that McDonough only got through 2 outs and was still able to put up a 42 game score.

The baseline is 50, not 0, and he didn't give up any runs.

To get a really low score you need to get beat up.

If Smedley had started his Game Score would be 14.

What I was getting at was that a "game score" is pointless but that didn't get through in my text. However I thank you for the help

I think of Game Score as an interesting thing, but not as an actual stat.

Kind of like Pitcher Wins.

Game Score is a quick way to see if something went horribly wrong or incredibly right - say, anything 15 and under or 85 and over. Fun as a curiosity.
