Setting a league so its players can be signed away

Hi folks,

Is it possible to set up a league such that a team from another league can offer contracts to its players, as though they were free agents? This would be a useful feature in modeling an active independent league, as well as for dynasties in which a team or league "raids" another league of its talent.

Thanks, I like this idea and may try it in a 8 team fictional league with small stadiums and small operating budgets. Anyone see downside(s) or suggest anything else I should do in setup?
