Does anyone know exactly what time the game is released on steam

I'm curious to know when this goes live too. The link I received in the pre-order e-mail gives me a 404 error at the moment.

EDIT: Nevermind - the page just loaded for me and I was able to get my key. Looks like I'll be able to d/l through the Steam client tomorrow.

I got my key from the website this morning; however, the game is not scheduled to unlock until sometime on 22 March.

Only thing missing I believe are the steam achievements?

Didn't want to start a new thread and search isn't helping on this particular question- does a Steam key come with regular purchase or only on pre-orders? I'm a long time OOTP fan and prefer to buy the game direct as I understand it provides a bit more revenue than buying off of Steam but at the same time I like having a copy in my Steam library (pre-ordered last year but missed the cut off this time around). apologies if this is already discussed elsewhere, like i said my search pulled up nothing.

Were Steam achievements dropped from the game? It no longer appears under the game's features on the store page.
