I reached the 2017 draft in my San Diego Padres rebuild and came across this guy because I always check to see if anyone has a 0.00 ERA in the pool. He has a negative 0.16 ERA The only time I've seen this happen before was when I turned up the sabermetric player creation modifiers... Did OOTP change the baseline 1.000 PCMs in OOTP 17?
