HOF Plaque facegen missing

I have OOTP Baseball 17. I'm playing a standard game starting in 2016 and my hall of fame doesn't have any facegen pics in the plaques. I tried downloading both the historical facegen pack as well as 2016 all-in-one mod. How do I load them into the game? Or is there another mod I need to download? Thank you for any help.

Did you delete the HOF baseball cards after adding the Historical Facegens?

Okay, I guess i need more help on this. How can i delete those on the Mac version? I can't find them to delete them. Thank you
