Your database is not saved yet BUG

Can't save/load games. Plus this happens when I start new game.
I tried this many times but it didn't work for me:

"Please let OOTP save the data in a different folder. That can be done with game settings:

- close OOTP and open it again
- on the main screen, click on the small link “Game settings”
- open the “Expert” tab
- In the top row (Custom data path) click on “Select”
- navigate to a folder which has enough free disk space, click on “New Folder” and enter “ootp17”.
- click on Enter to create and open the new folder
- Click on "Select" to close the dialog and restart OOTP – it will automatically install all required data to the new folder."

Anyone can help me? Cant wait to play ootp17...

I cant play the game because i cant save.

Try this, right click the OOTP 17 shortcut and select "run as admin". It looks like the game does not have write permissions where it is installed.

I dont have this option (show attached file)

I also tried to deactivate my antivirus while i'm playing. It didn't work.

OOTP 14, OOTP 15, OOTP 16 work well on my computer with Steam.

I really respect all the work ootp programmers are doing. OOTP is a terrific game... when it works!

I bought this game 6 days ago now. Paying more than 40 bucks for it and not even able to play...

Please do something to help me. Please. Never had this problem with OOTP 14-15-16 before.

I'm starting to think that I've lost 40$...

Is it a solvable issue? I know that I'm becoming insistent, but i would really like to play. I paid for it

If it can help, I'm under Windows 10 and have Bitdefender as antivirus. And I placed the custom data path here (see attached file)
