Score one steal one league wide

Arrow started this dynasty a couple days ago, in which the winner of the series steals the opposing team's best player. Arrow has been doing this while controlling the Cleveland Indians, but djl81790 suggested doing it for the whole league. This is what I am going to attempt. We'll see how it goes. I am using OOTP 16, so the rosters are out of date, but I am using the September 1st quickstart.
