Game Summaries not correct...

I've been noticing a number of game summaries quote the wrong score, or number of hits. Is this a new or old issue?

For an issue like this, please include as much text around the issue in question as possible (or a screenshot). Most often it's a single entry which uses an incorrect token, and we would need the context to track it down.
