Petition to put personality qualities on player pages

And not under a seperate BNN Page.

You can easily fit them underneath the fielding ratings, and it would help tremendously

Now I know I put us both through hell

Everyone knows it's spelled "TRAID", not trade

You know you can already make this, just make a new customization, and select all the personality ratings then name the new customization "Personality"

what needs to be done, is to eliminate the ratings from the BNN page, and have some better and more descriptive personality descriptions. Ratings are simply unrealistic, and not the way a GM would deal with players/staff. Personality should be there, but under the hood.

I'm torn about this. Yes, looking at personality ratings from Very High to Very Low may not be realistic (although, a case could be made that a scout is reporting personalities based on just such a ratings grid based on tests, interviews, former and current coach evaluations, etc.)

But I'll be gosh-darned if this is going to be made into another "smarter, more cunning AI" cheat like coaching in which the AI sees these personality ratings and goes by them (note how the AI shuns players with low intelligence and work ethic in drafts while your own scout blithely ignores such traits in his recommendations). Bad enough the AI does that with actual coaching ratings while we are goofing around with fuzzy reputations, management styles and player compatibility lists in judging potential coaches. Nonsense.

Yup...I think we need to rip this model (along with scouting) up and come up with something that makes sense, and is realistic at the same time.
