Last time when I saw this problem, there were Unicode characters in the path to the saved game. Unfortunately the SQLite database library has problems with them. What's the name of the saved game? Could you please post the complete path here? Like for example C:\Users\Andreas\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 17\saved_games\New Game.lg

This is a league in which I've successfully played four seasons. Been using/saving for a few months. Never any problems of this kind before this.

Thanks for sending the username. No Unicode character in the path string, and it used to work already, so that's not the problem.

Did OOTP crash shortly? Maybe the file is still "in use". I suggest you shut down the Mac and restart it.

I finished the season I was in, shut down, and re-opened OOTP.

Saves without a problem now, and I didn't lose anything. No more error message

Great! I'm glad it works now.

these errors are now back. Same league file name and location. Just about every other save comes up with this error.

I've confirmed that the game DOES save anyway, but the error is popping up constantly
