Pitching Change - Result is Predetermined

Spring Training Game,
Broadcast Replay.

Spring games see's a teams SP go 4 IP.
So, in the 5th a pitching change occurs.

But a leadoff HR, before the pitcher substitution is announced, shows on the linescore but not the R-H-E tallies.

When the game plays out, the pitching change is announced, the HR is hit, the runs are located in the appropriate place, and all is fine in the world.

This is a replay. Not sure what you mean. The entire game result is known.

Yes it's a replay.
Just the upcoming play is "given away", not the entire game result.
That's why there's a "1" in the inning, and yet the R-H-E still has a zero
