Inaugural Draft In-Game List Issue

In the middle of an inaugural draft for a new online league. I created a list that had 10 pitchers joined by "OR", the last pitcher had "AND" to a list of Catchers all joined by "OR.

This list was copied to all rounds, and the sim was for rounds 7 and 8. Unfortunately, when both rounds were simmed, I got the top two pitchers, one in round 7, and the next in round 8. I was expecting to get a pitcher in round 7, and then a catcher in round 8.

My list pasted to round 7 and 8 looked like this when I exported:



So the top pitcher was taken in Round 7, and the list was changed as expected (it removed all the players linked by OR):



After round 8, when the second pitcher on the list was taken, the round 8 list looked like:



To me, this totally seems like it's not working as designed. If I got a guy linked by OR in round 7, why would I get a second guy linked by that same OR in round 8? What is the point of creating a complex list with AND and OR sequences that only works in one round?
