dpd376 Minors (Double A) Join Date: Dec 2009 Posts: 104	Independent League FA's Has anybody done this just so they could fill their minors without just generating players? If so, what quality were they? I don't want any of them to be stars, although I'm OK with a few making the majors as journeymen.
