RFA Compensation Issue

The first time I played, at the very beginning of the 2016-17 season, I put in an offer for Hampus Lindholm for 5.5M x 3 years. The compensation was a 1,2 and 3 pick. Anaheim did not match, so he came to the Canadiens. But the draft picks never moved.

When I started another game, I did it again, this time giving Jacob Trouba $7.5M for 3 years and received the compensation notice (1,2,3, and 1 the next year). Winnipeg let Trouba go and this time it worked and the draft picks moved.

So there might be a glitch, though I can't replicate it.

I've been trying to replicate it, but no luck so far. I sign Lindholm as Montreal, but I always lose my 1, 2, and 3 when I do.
