Player Popup not disappearing

When you put the cursor over a players name, that little box appears with some info on the player.

I'm noticing that sometimes the box sticks around in the background even when the cursor is moved. Sometimes it only stays there for a few seconds, sometimes until I hover a different players name. So far it only happens while on the mail screen.

Yeah, we've been trying to get rid of that for a while. I think some of the causes have been fixed (it doesn't happen nearly as much as it used to), but it still occurs occasionally.
