Can I reschedule an expansion draft?

I got caught by the "don't have the amateur draft announce before you have the expansion draft" bug. So the expansion draft didn't happen. So the expansion teams seem to have a roster of minor leaguers. Any way I can set it up again? The link to it is greyed out right now. Will it open up again in preseason?

Thanks for even looking at this, a post in a forum for a program that's now been replaced four times.

So I'm pretty sure the bug is that the game can only hold one list of draftable players at a time. In my particular situation, I had allowed the game to evolve and it had decided to expand. So it scheduled the draft in early December. Then I still had the amateur draft in mid-December, and had moved the announcement up so I had time to look over the player list. This, this is, IMHO, what screwed up the expansion draft. It never happened.

So, are the draftable players for the amateur draft put into distinct file before the draft takes place? If so, by deleting that file, can I maybe find a situation where I could re-do the expansion draft? My team has a bloated payroll and I was hoping to let the expansion teams take some of my high priced talent.

Yeah that's exactly what the problem is, it's another one of those problems that's been around for years. I think so long as you're playing in a solo league, maybe you can use your last backup in the auto-save and that'll let you revert the game back to just before you last simmed hopefully?
