Can't advance--game was postponed(stuck)

I went to play the 12th game of the year and I'm getting a popup msg with "Error! Could not initialize game or game was postponed". When I click on "Ok" it's taking me to the "Workshop Central" popup (the one with create item, open workshop, etc", I close the workshop central popup and it takes me back to the error! game was postponed popup. I cant close or click anywhere else and stuck back and forth in between these two popups.

Anyone know what's up? Did my game glitch or am I doing something wrong?

I have the same problem. You did not something wrong IMHO. It is a bug.

Every time a game is postponed because of the weather the game stuck in these loop.

when the pop up popped, press f12.
then pop up is disappeared, and you have doubleheader next day.

This is still happening for me in .46 on the Mac. F12 doesn't work on there (Fn+F12). Any other tips?

I just started getting this problem today. I have the latest patch. Can't play and f12 doesn't do anything for me either. Solutions?

Just happened to me right now. This problem is still there.

Edited to say Fixed: Found another thread where it said it's when someone makes it onto the main roster without being on the 40 man roster. Got it working again.
