Two computers

I recently purchased a new computer, and I am wondering if there is a way to run my dynasty at the same time on both of my computers.

Sort of, it depends what you mean by "same time". You can run a league on two computers. You just have to figure out how you will transfer the files.
I have heard of people using dropbox and other file sharing tools to run leagues on 2 comps.

If you have a home network, sure. Simply keep the game on the old computer and load from the laptop. I do this with Panzer General. OOTP should work, too.
