Question about GM

Is there a way (as GM only) to set the linups? seems when i tic the box to legacy mode (GM manages linups) it does not work (at least in challenge mode) is this by design?

All I want to be able to be the GM and manage linups/pitching... is this possible?

In your Manager's Office, under Control and Settings, it's probably set to have your Manager/AI handle the Lineups and Pitching Staffs. Change it to yourself and you're golden.

Actually just got home and trying this.... I see the options but they are grayed out and because I'm in Challenge mode, I can't go into comm mode to change, so, yeah..... is there another way?

Is it because your manager doesn't allow the GM to control the lineups? Some managers allow full control and some don't allow anything

That's what it says... I guess Joe G. has more power than me in NYY.... If that's the case I'll get a new GM next season

Edit: Actually you were right... I fired Joe for Don M. and he allows this....I hope I don't regret this
