Rehab Assignment/Roster Limits - Not working as intended

- Standard MLB league
- Trying to send player for Rehab Assignment, get the following message:

- It's May 18th, so AAA, AA, and all levels of A are indeed "in-season".
- I do have Roster Limits set for every level, and every one of my minor league teams is full. But Rehab Assignments weren't supposed to count against Roster Limits in '18.
