Fictional Default Settings

I know it wasn’t like this in OOTP17 and I don’t even think it was like this in the beta build for 18. However, I’ve noticed some odd default settings when creating a fictional league using real MLB teams. I haven’t looked around too much yet, but I’ve noticed trade with other leagues is enabled, secondary (40 man) roster is disabled and the Rule 5 draft is disabled by default. Not sure why this is, and like I said, it didn’t use to be like this. Anyone else notice this?

Rule 5 draft was off by default for me as well. In fact, I am having diffculty finding our how to turn it on now.

Also, waiver rules are off by default in this situation.
