A couple of quick questions

I read in a post somewhere (can't find it) that you can't use the historical minors in a Random Debut League? Therefore the negro league players can't be part of a RDL?

Also, in the minor league levels what does (BC) and (DE) mean? I think DE is defunct but not sure.

I believe BC and DE are the former minor-league levels B and C combined, and D and E combined, for OOTP purposes.
