I play in commish mode so when silly injuries like this happen I just go in and reset them to healthy because nobody misses a week or 2 due to food poisoning or a sore forearm. They play thru half the injuries they end up with I think sometimes.

Not a bad idea. I had a player go out mid-game because of "strep". As if he somehow picked up a bacterial infection during one of the intermissions.
