Path to Glory

I know OOTP has a new to the game section but not for FHM 3 so wasnt sure where to post this but in the path to glory feature of the game can u still do expansion team after July 1st and edit ur team and where u want to put them or can u only do that in sandbox?

Because Path to Glory in FHM3 is very linear (and especially because you can't access Commissioner mode) - you can't expand in PtG. You can only do it in Sandbox.
