Just finishing up a year with OOTP 17, and have now gotten to the off season, and am ready to flip the league to 18. Usually do this right before FA. One thing that has bugged me, is the 1 year contracts that front office personal sign. Rarely would anyone sign a lame duck contract. I usually go and add 2 more years onto these to have them make sense. It would be really nice to see a minimum of 3 year contracts, and add some more realism to this already great game.
