I have a few questions

When ST comes up will the bench coach or whatever play the players i call up from AAA or AA or so i specifically have to put them in the line up? What's peoples rule when it comes to how to setup ST like half ur daily ST roster half major league and half minors that play each ST game?

Scout budget? Is there a good article or any advice people might give that has a good setup of what to set the scouting budgets at? Or is it a personal perfence

Training camp schedule? Do we set that up or does the AI automatically schedule them?

Free agent signing? When i do my expansion I know there's no good MLB players in expansion draft? Am i better off to just wait until after the exoansion draft so when the free agent starts to fill my minor leagues since i will be auto aiming season 1?

Winter meeting? Since i am just starting to learn more about MLB and such what happens at these meetings?

World tournament? The tournament that they had this previous year can u apply for the jobs of manager while u still keep the job of ur MLB team?

In ST the starters you list in the depth chart will mainly start games but only play a few innings then the backups will get in the game. I used to manually manage my ST rosters but I have been happy enough with OOTP in the last 3-4 versions that I think the AI does ok. Your minor league call ups will get innings.I do not know about scouting.AI handles Spring Training schedules which is training camp.Make sure you enable "Ghost Players.It seems like more deals are made and more FAs sign during Winter Meetings. I have no evidence just seems that way to me.No clue about world tournament.

pretty sure they verified that there's an elevated chance of trades during winter meetings, but no guarantees in practice of course.
