Stadium issue

I encountered another weird issue after I got promoted to the Extraliga. I'm currently in my first season back in the league with HC Slavia Praha and for some strange reason, my home stadium shows up as Litvínov's (a.k.a. the team that I replaced). Meanwhile, their stadium has been replaced with mine.

Yeah, that shouldn't be happening. Between that and the Champions League issue, I'm wondering if something odd happened during the promotion and relegation. We'd definitely like to see that save.
