Update player facegen on Jan. 1 not working

Playing the standard 2018 quickstart, I changed the facegen settings to Major League Players only, with create pictures on player creation, and update/generate pictures on each Jan. 1, and then updated all player pictures via the menu.
However, the game still seems to behave as if the update pictures option is on 'On demand', because facegens are getting updated after trades (and presumably mood changes). This makes reading the inbox annoying, because there's the small delay for updating a facegen when opening most messages. Hope this can be fixed

. Pretty sure this is the bug reports forum though! And the issue doesn't seem to be league-specific, from the few tests I've done (trading players and seeing facegens update despite the setting to only update on Jan. 1).

How stupid can I be....you're right it is...sorry bout that...after all my work on ootp19..I need a break..
