Club control of player lost too soon after trade
In a 1998 historical league, I traded for Orlando Hernandez (who had less than a year of service time). Following the trade, his five additional years of club control were lost, and he is a free agent immediately following the season. At that point, he has only one season of service time. Had not run into this problem in any previous versions of OOTP. As I had not saved, I reset back to prior to trade, and on the Yankees home screen confirmed on the "salaries" screen that he had five additional years of club control. Tried the trade again, and again the club controlled seasons are lost, and post-trade, he is a free agent immediately following the season. Haven't attempted to see if this happens with other players who have not yet had six years of service time. Uploaded to server as "98Dodgers"

Addendum:
After going through and offering a contract, it now corrected itself and shows the proper auto-renewed seasons and arbitration. Not sure why it required taking that step. |
