Playoff `League Double Elimination

Custom 1960 league setup to start with 16 teams.

Players from 2009 to 2017.

Had Inaugural draft.

Erased schedule and set league to 0 games.

Did not schedule preseason games.

Set playoffs as double elimination best of 3 series every round Until final which was best of 5.

Played to opening day and set playoff matchups (alphabetical matchups by league)

Simmed till end of 1st round matchups.

2nd round matchups did not happen. Game went into off season.

Not sure why it did not go into 2nd round or beyond?

I set this up to play playoffs and tournaments only.

I know I am testing various custom functions, but this did not appear to work.
