With only one sub-league is there a way to change the standings view to see every division?

See attached photo.

Testing out fictional setups, and with only one sub-league, on the standings page there's a big empty spot where a second sub-league would go. I'd really like to move the other divisions that are cut off up to that empty space. Is that even possible? I feel like that would look so much better then having to scroll down to see every division.
