Historical contact potential

Called up a 2013 game as a test. No historical minors.
And many of the players had bizzare 250 contact potential ratings. However it is not all the players listed with 80 contact. Some like Mccutchen are just high...but a player like Batutista or Bay or Stanton are 250
Here is the list below. Not sure yet if this happens in other years or just 2013...

This is still an issue. I submit two examples, but for some reason even the spritze db for 2013 has similar issues of players with a 250 contact. Again two examples of many below of over 20 players. going to load up 2012 now as an example to see what happens with that year

Update. I just checked 2012 and similar but less players, only about 7 are so oddly rated.
You are going to have to take a look how the historical db is being loaded by the game, because something with potential contact in the game values gets oddly inflated for a few random players.
