players, upset by role with team?

For some reason, I have several players who are upset with their role, on the team, who are regular everyday players for me. Im the manager of the the Reds low A affiliate Dayton, and my team has been between 1st and 3rd place thruout the 1st half of the season, as I have I think 4 more games before minor league all star break.
I have not just regular everyday players, who bat at the top of my lineup, but also starting pitchers, who are angry with their role on the team. It just dont seem to make much sense, why some of these players are angry. Especially the starting pitchers.
Only thing I can think of, is some of the players, are not playing at their primary position, but they are playing and starting every game. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue? Is it a glitch, that needs patched? It dont seem to be affecting their play, by any means, but it is kind of odd, regular everyday players, and SP's being upset with their role.

They could be expecting to be at a higher level in the organization.

Thanks, I was wondering that, but wasnt sure since it says role with team, instead of role in organization. But that would make sense, as I couldnt figure out why players who play everyday be upset with their roles.
