FA offer issue with minor leaguer

1. I found an FA that looked promising, so I right-clicked and hit "Offer Minor League Contract" like I usually do. At the time I had no idea that he already had received an offer with a significant bonus, and the game didn't say anything.

2. The next day I received a "contract update" in my inbox saying I needed to up my offer... and a notice that he already signed with another team. Obviously I never got a chance to respond since both messages arrived at the same time.

This isn't really a bug, he just took the better offer. The game isn't always going to give the human player a chance to respond and up their offer, especially if it's not particularly close to the offer that's currently best.
