Openings in Pennant Chase Baseball League (the PCBL)

We are a fictional league, no scouts, and we have just completed our 42nd World Series, won by the Vancouver Totems. Moving to OOTP 19 today.

Several teams are open:
San Diego Rowdies - one of the top farm systems
Raleigh Rage - wildcard, who made it to the World Series... #1 in pitching
Columbus Clippers - a team that needs to be rebuilt
Vancouver Totems - Won it all last year

League file: www.bemont.net/PCBL12/backups/pcblfull.zip (Create a folder pcbl.lg, unzip the contents of this archive into that folder, and go in as guest and look around.)

* We've kept the league compact, so the file size is small. Even when you travel, it should be easy to update.
* Sim three times a week, 7 days at a time, during the regular season, every day in the offseason. Sims run as regular as clockwork.
* Wide open competition. No one dominates year after year.
* Forum based communication
