Is there a bid problem in PT?

Is there a bid problem in PT? Several times I bid for a player and I did not get him with the apparent highest bid. The funny thing about it was that there were two bidders and my amount was the highest bid. The message said that someone bid higher but my bid showed up as the winning bid. For example one bid was 15,000 and I bid 16,658. The game showed only two bids. I assume the first bid was for 15K. The highest bid was mine. Several times this happened to me, all be it lower numbers. How can the screen say the highest bid was X, which was mine and not win at the end of the bid cycle. At first I thought it was a tie and the other person put the bid in before me, but it has happened too many times to be a coincidence. You may want to check into this.
