Perfect Points didn't transfer?

Earlier this morning (prior to 9am EST), before PT actually went live, I had approximately 4,300PP's.

Upon starting OOTP at 09:51 EST, I noticed that my PP's now stand at 1,000.

I thought I wasn't supposed to lose the PP's that I had accumulated?

Or did that pertain to only those PP's that were purchased?
