Missing pack from challenge mode

I earned a free pack in challenge mode, but when I eventually loaded up Perfect Team I had no unopened packs. Anyone know where to find it?

Kinda pissed because I started the challenge mode just so I could earn packs and spent the whole weekend trying to get one only to have it disappear.

There's a problem sometimes with syncing with the server. Others have reported the same. You may need to exit OOTP and log back in, or may need to wait 15-30 minutes, or some combination of that, if it doesn't show up right away.
