Player points error

This morning I bid on a Canseco card, then I bid the buy it now rate, thinking it would buy it now, it did now, just raised my high bid, then I tried to buy it now, but I kept saying error.

I just uploaded and the canseco card was sold to another person via the buy it now option and I wasn’t refunded my player points. 14,999 PP.

I can take screen shots of my transactions and current points. Just want my points back. Thanks
