Temporary freeze when opening a pack does not charge a pack

I just bought a standard pack and opened it, with the game going into freeze mode for like ten seconds. After that the opening procedure continued as normal; however, I still have a pack showing under "your player card packs". Seems like the freeze interfered with something there, but that is also all the info I am able to give.

Looks like the pack disappeared after the next sim?
