Team Reset

I just logged in and my whole team had been reset. Roster totally changed, player training and stats wiped out, even the team colors and stadium settings are different



The last time I had logged in was approximately 1:30 AM EST and my team was fine.

I would guess this was because for some reason your team didn't get properly submitted after you last changed it. Possibly because of a connection issue, or possibly because the team was improperly set up (too few pitchers f.e.).

Does you have an error code on your PT Settings page, under the 'team submit info' section?

I have attached a screenshot of my PT settings page. No Error is listed. When I logged off 8.5 hours ago my team was constructed with the proper numbers of players, I had no connectivity issues, and there were no errors or problems when submitting my roster.

Ok, since you had a submission this morning, looks like the info on the submission last night isn't shown there.

I would guess there was likely something off with the roster construction though, to cause this. Even if you had the right amount of players, you'd also need to have proper bullpen roles too, at least 4 of them. Plus a filled rotation. And all position players in the lineup. If any of those were overlooked somehow, that could've caused this. Unfortunately, at this point in time, there's probably no way to tell for sure what triggered this. But if it happens again, let us know.

Same thing happened to me on one of my alt teams. Seems like every player I acquired last season (including some that were acquired days ago) was moved to inactive and replaced by random guys I had on my reserve roster (including some iron players). Additionally my entire global strategy was reset. Except I didn't notice until after work, so now I get to be 6-14 to start out the season :\


This same roster just played in the WS last night and the only update I made afterward was updating my rotation back to a 5 man.

It seems like we had issues with this happening to a few teams in a few leagues over the switch of seasons yesterday. We're really sorry about that!

I didn't pay attention yesterday and I just realized that my team's park factors were reset to randon numbers which are totally against my team's strategy. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck with an horrible stadium for an entire season?
