Unable to Activate License
**Never mind. It just worked. Please ignore.



I recently purchased OOTP20 for Mac and have been unable to activate the license. I receive an error that says: Activation Error. The game cannot be activated.

I have followed all steps laid out here to no avail.

I attempted to register via Kayoko to create a support ticket by taking the following steps:
1. Subscribe by entering my email
2. Open email and click registration link
3. This link redirects me to the Kayoko front page with an error message appears saying:
We encountered a problem (invalid subscriber hash)

Please help!
