All news items blank - Online League

When we move forward a day new news items appear for all GMs and are readable until you exit the game and go back in, then they are blank. This was working fine until last week when they started appearing blank for everyone. We tried deleting all the news items as commissioner but new news items are still blank. Other saves work fine, it's just this one that seems to be doing this.

Uploaded our save to the FTP "iNHL-Apr4.zip"

Anything you can do to help would be appreciated, it's hard seeing what's going on with teams without the news items.

Thanks, we'll have a look at it. The cause may be difficult to determine at this point, but the save may be fixable.

OK, looks like we have a fix for the general problem (an issue with the news cleanup at the end of season), and that'll be in the hotfix update we'll be releasing shortly. But to fix that specific file, you'll need to go into the \quickstart_games\Current.quick folder and copy the db_news file from there into the save, overwriting the one that's there. There will still be empty stories after you do that, but they'll get cleared out once you reach the end of the season (after updating to the new version, once it's released.)

Does each Human GM have to do this or just the commissioner before they put a file up to download?

Should work with just the commissioner doing it.
